This two-hour, industry-focused tour traces distilling in Brooklyn from Dutch colonial stills tp 19th-century waterfront whiskey distilleries and from illicit Irishtown operations to today’s craft revival—connecting the dots between history and what’s in your glass now. We’ll start in DUMBO (location to be disclosed after RSVPing - see separate URL), wind through Vinegar Hill and the old Sands Street corridor, and finish at Kings County Distillery for a tasting. A great way to get to know Brooklyn before BCB begins.
