This is why we built it
Hospitality runs on people. Almíbar gives them visibility and receipts.
The talent is there. The craft, the regulars, the concept you've been carrying for years. What's been missing is a place to make it visible, and to get paid for it on time.

Honest answers
Questions we hear a lot.
Is it free?
Yes. There’s no subscription and nothing to cancel. Almíbar earns a small fee on completed activations and sponsorships, so we only make money when bartenders, venues, and brands do.
When do I get access?
We’re rolling out by city, starting with SF, NYC, and Puerto Rico. Waitlist members get invited in batches as we onboard venues.
How do shifts work?
Bartenders post upcoming shifts to Amplify and choose exactly who sees them: public, private, or a custom list of followers and guests. Past shifts build a portfolio you decide to share with venues and brands. No résumés, no pitch decks.
What cities are next?
SF, NYC, and Puerto Rico are live. We’re listening to where the waitlist is loudest before we open the next city. Tell us yours when you join.
